Job: EDI AMS Service Delivery Manager/Application Support & EDI Operations ManagerAMS Delivery Manager – Supply Chain & Finance Applications/EDI Support and Service Governance Manager
Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ (Onsite)
Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end AMS service delivery for Supply Chain, Finance, and EDI application portfolios. Ensure SLA/KPI compliance and lead service governance activities. Manage major incidents, stakeholder communications, RCA, and problem management. Oversee change management, releases, and CAB participation. Drive service reporting, dashboards, operational reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage distributed AMS support teams, vendors, and customer escalations. Lead automation, knowledge management, shift-left strategies, and AI-driven support enhancements.
Required Experience: 10+ years of IT experience.5+ years managing AMS/Application Support engagements. Strong experience in EDI operations and integrations. Experience supporting Supply Chain and Finance applications. Experience leading globally distributed support teams.
Ideal Candidate: Senior AMS/Application Support Manager with strong expertise in EDI Support, Supply Chain & Finance Applications, Incident/Problem Management, Service Delivery Governance, Stakeholder Management, and Team/Vendor Leadership
