Job Description: Senior Paid Media Leadership: 8–10+ years of progressive experience in paid media, ideally at a Senior Manager/Director level, with proven expertise leading multi-channel media strategies, campaign execution, optimization, and reporting. Advanced Analytics & Measurement: Strong analytical skills with experience working with large data sets, campaign performance, search trends, KPIs, attribution, MMM, and incremental sales measurement; ability to translate data into actionable insights. Agency & Budget Management: Proven experience managing media agencies, publisher/platform relationships, and large-scale media budgets, including budget pacing, P&L management, RAF flighting, and media spend optimization.1P Data & Consumer Targeting: Experience partnering with CRM, data, and analytics teams to leverage first-party (1P) data for targeted consumer activation and improved media efficiency. Qualifications & Role Details: Bachelor’s degree required, with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Seeking a proactive, self-starting, action-oriented leader who can seamlessly step into the role and provide maternity/extended leave coverage.
