Role Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Strategy and Execution Assistant to support senior sales leadership. This role combines executive administrative support with light project coordination, ensuring priorities are aligned, initiatives stay on track, and leadership can operate efficiently.
This is not a pure strategy role. It is an execution focused position that helps turn leadership priorities into action. A key focus of this role is ensuring that action items and next steps from client and internal meetings are captured, tracked, and completed without falling through the cracks. Occasional light travel may be required to support leadership meetings and key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel for sales leadership
Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups for leadership meetings
Act as a gatekeeper to prioritize time and requests effectively
Project Coordination
Track key sales initiatives and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
Follow up with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and other teams
Maintain simple project trackers and provide status updates
Capture action items from client and internal meetings, assign ownership, and ensure timely follow-through
Communication and Alignment
Help share key updates from leadership to broader teams
Coordinate cross-functional meetings and ensure alignment
Assist with presentations, reports, and internal communications
Operational Support
Support reporting pulls, meeting preparation, and ad hoc requests
Organize documents, dashboards, and key resources
Identify simple process improvements to increase efficiency
Qualifications
5 years in an Executive Assistant, Administrative, or Coordinator role
Strong organization and time-management skills
Experience supporting senior leaders
Excellent communication and follow-through
Exposure to sales or go-to-market teams
Experience tracking projects or initiatives
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, or project-tracking tools
