About the role

Our client is a top financial services firm in Manhattan, and they are looking for Product Operational Specialist to join its Human Resources Management team. This team optimizes the technology platforms that power the firm's recruiting and employee support processes. The role is approximately 75% product management and 25% product operations, offering hands-on ownership from day one and a clear pathway to grow into a full product management role.
Responsibilities: Manage product tickets end to end, including gathering requirements, coordinating testing and deployment with engineering, and supporting implementation Lead smaller product initiatives under the mentorship of senior product managers Partner with business users to identify needs and propose effective solutions Assist with platform configuration and contribute to broader roadmap priorities Investigate and resolve system errors and user-reported issues Perform data audits and cleanup to ensure accuracy and integrity Oversee user access and permissions across integrated HR platforms
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent 1+ years of relevant experience, in an analytical and tech driven role Outstanding internship experience in a relevant field will be considered Financial services and/or Fin Tech experience is a plus Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities Quick learner who adapts easily to new tools and processes Highly detail-oriented and organized, with excellent follow-through Self-starter with a genuine interest in product management and operations The annual base salary range is $70,000 to $90,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
