About the role

Registered Client Service Associate Honolulu Financial Partners | East Oahu, Hawaii | On-site About Our Firm Honolulu Financial Partners is a boutique wealth management firm at the Summit level with LPL, working with clients across Hawaii and the mainland — primarily retirees and families managing inherited assets. We are a team of three licensed professionals and two administrative staff. Our senior advisor has 45 years of experience and holds the CFP and AIF designations. Our lead client-contact advisor holds an MBA, JD, and CFP, with 13 years as a registered advisor. Our operations manager handles inbound client requests and assists clients with consolidating and transferring assets. Two things make us exceptional. First, our partners pool income rather than being compensated on what they individually sell — we partner with each other, not compete. Second, we are deliberately old-fashioned:  we answer the phone within three rings, we mail letters with envelopes and stamps, and we choose personal over efficient. Gratitude, appreciation, and support are the working culture here.
About the Position: This is a Registered Client Service Associate role supporting our advisory and operations team. A Series 65 or Series 66 registration is required in order to work directly with clients. This is an in-office position M-F 8:15 to 5 PM. Occasionally you may need to work later for special events.
What You'll Do: •    Prepare specific research and portfolio updates supporting our advisor's annual outbound client calls•    Assist our operations Manager in verifying that assets have been transferred appropriately•    Resolve issues with vendors and Broker Dealer irregularities•    Contact clients to verify information and ensure forms are returned on a timely basis•    Join scheduled conference calls with clients and their 401(k), 457, and other custodians to help clients understand their options and transfer funds to our firm What You Bring•    Active Series 65 or Series 66 registration (required for client-facing work in this role)•    Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through on paperwork and deadlines•    Comfort on the phone with older clients — patient, clear, and unhurried•    A collaborative temperament; this is a support role within a small, close-knit team•    Familiarity with IRAs, rollovers, and retirement plan transfers is a plus Compensation Salary plus performance bonuses. This is not a commission-based or production-driven role. Depending on experience, The base Salary would be between $65,000/year and $100,000/yr Why This Role May Appeal to You This is a good fit for someone who takes pride in getting details right and in building long-term client trust — and who would rather be part of a supportive team than carry a sales quota. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
