About the role
- Hourly pay rate is dependent upon experience/education, and the range is approximately $75.00 - $90.00 / hour
- This is a contract, full-time, fully remote role
- Project length: 12-18 months (must be able to commit to up to 18 months)
- Must have at least 3+ years of recent experience as a Data & Systems Integration Specialist working with Epicor Kinetic handling the job duties listed below
- Must have 6+ years of total experience in ERP system data integration/implementation roles within the manufacturing industry
- Kinetic data structures, REST APIs, Application Studio, and Power BI experience
- Strong experience designing and supporting enterprise integrations
- Proven experience delivering data platforms, reporting and analytics solutions
- Experience supporting global implementations and rollouts for manufacturing companies with plants in multiple locations/countries is a plus
- Experience creating and maintaining ERDs and Data Architecture models
- High level of personal accountability and attention to detail, with a proven record of meeting deadlines and delivering against KPIs/SLAsStrong communication and decision-making skills; must be a confident presenter with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated experience working remotely with global teams and managing change across an organization
- College degree in Management Information Systems or a closely related field of study
- Experience integrating Epicor with Salesforce, as well as finance and purchasing functions
- Microsoft Fabric Certification and/or Microsoft Data Engineer Certification
- Power BI Certification
- Data Management Tool (DMT)
- Experienced with ITIL or similar frameworks
- Design, develop, implement and support integrations between Epicor Kinetic and internal/external systems.
- Develop and maintain APIs, ETL processes, data pipelines and automation workflows.
- Support data migration and synchronization activities during ERP deployments, upgrades and acquisitions.
- Monitor integration performance and investigate failures, bottlenecks and data quality issues.
- Design and maintain ERP data models that support enterprise reporting and analytics.
- Develop and optimize data extraction processes from Epicor Kinetic.
- Support enterprise Data Warehouse, Microsoft Fabric and Data Lake environments.
- Build and maintain curated datasets for Power BI, executive dashboards and operational reporting
- Establish and maintain data quality controls.
- Investigate root causes of data issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support master data governance framework.
- Recommend best practice integration patterns and data architecture.
- Coordinate with transformation team, internal leadership/department heads, and external partners including Epicor and Microsoft.
