Job Description: PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a provider of turf and ornamental and animal health in Shawnee, KS to hire a Human Resource Administrator. We are hiring for HR Administrator
Shift: 8am-5pm
Pay Rate: $23-25 per hour (DOE)
HR Admin Summary: ·Provides responsive, accurate administrative and operational support to the team and employees.·Coordinates employee lifecycle activities, programs, campaigns and events·Maintains reliable HR records and documentation·Responds to employee and team requests, and helps ensure work is directed, escalated and completed within established expectations. HR Administrator Responsibilities:·Onboard and offboard, pre-employment testing, checklists, documentation, and HR handoffs·Maintain accurate and current employee files·Monitor the HR ticket system and shared channels, responding to questions / concerns timely and following through to closure·Generate and reconcile reports; verify names, dates, data, documents and instructions before submission HR Administrator Qualifications and Requirements·Clear communication and discretion with sensitive information·1+ year administrative experience required·Strong organizational and time management skills·Sound judgement to resolve matters Why PROMAN Staffing? Friendly, Knowledgeable Staff Direct Deposit Programs Referral bonus Weekly Pay Insurance and 401(k) ProgramPROMAN STAFFING'S goal is to create a great talent experience to ensure successful employment for our employees to reach their full potential.
