About the role
Spectrum is looking for a Sales Associate in downtown Dayton who's ready to get out and talk to people. You'll be the face of Spectrum for local customers and businesses, helping them figure out which services actually make sense for them. We'll teach you the products. You bring the personality.
Your role:
Talk with prospective customers and find out what they're looking for Match them with the right Spectrum services Keep leads warm with timely follow-ups Record customer details and sign-ups accurately Stay in sync with your team on goals and wins
What you'll need:
To be at least 18 years old Availability 5 days a week or more The ability to pass a background checkA start date that's right now, not next month Comfort starting conversations with people you've just metA competitive streak and a team-player attitude
