Pay: $54/hr. on W2
Schedule: Mon–Fri Job Details: We're looking for a Change Communications Lead to drive global communications for a major enterprise transformation program. You'll own the communication strategy that builds stakeholder awareness, readiness, and adoption across markets worldwide.
What You'll Do: Build and execute the global communication strategy and integrated plan. Own the change narrative, key messaging, and content calendar. Lead creation of presentations, newsletters, FAQs, campaigns, videos, and launch materials. Manage external agencies and creative partners. Coach market teams on localized communication plans and toolkits. Develop executive presentations, talking points, and leadership updates. Track engagement metrics and stakeholder sentiment to sharpen messaging.
What You Need: 7+ years in change communications, transformation communications, corporate communications, or organizational change management. Experience supporting large-scale business or technology transformation programs. Strong communication planning, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills. Experience managing agencies and cross-functional communication efforts. Excellent presentation development and executive communication skills.
Nice to Have: Experience supporting global, multi-market transformations. Good to Know: Hybrid schedule available — must be flexible around onsite meetings. Works across India and East Asian markets — schedule adjustment (early mornings/evenings) required as needed.
