About The Job: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and callers while maintaining a professional office environment Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, greeting guests, and handling inquiries Coordinate mail, packages, deliveries, and vendor services Support office operations through supply management, conference room setup, and general office logistics Provide administrative support, including document preparation, filing, data entry, and special projects Maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
About You: Interest in a conservative leaning mission-driven organization strongly preferred High school diploma or equivalent required; college students welcome to apply 1+ years of administrative, receptionist, customer service, or office support experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
