About the role

Croix Gear, a precision gear manufacturer in Hudson, WI, is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead accounting and financial operations. You will oversee financial reporting, monthly close, cost accounting, inventory, budgeting and forecasting, cash management, internal controls, and day-to-day accounting operations. You will drive the ERP transition, partner with Operations to improve costing and reporting, and provide financial analysis to guide strategic decisions.
