About the role

We are seeking a Director of Social Engagement. This role is responsible for the following: Owning social media content, strategy, and execution across multiple channels and platforms. Leverage AI to deepen automation, generate content, and automate workflows. Create and deliver regular metric dashboards, demonstrating ROI and campaign effectiveness. Monitor social and community channels for trends and feedback. Foster strong engagement across online platforms and community chat channels. Research and ensure all activity is compliant with regulatory restrictions. Work collaboratively across the company, create buy-in with key stake holders. This role currently manages all social media and engagement from start to finish. If you love to create, be innovative, take risks, manage tight deadlines, and own your work, this role is for you! Demonstrated experience leveraging AI technologies is non-negotiable. This role does not have any direct reports and must be able to operate with a "department of one" focus. This role is based is fully remote with quarterly visits to our Chicago Office.
Job Requirements:
  • 6+ years managing social media strategy and execution in a corporate environment
  • Demonstrated experience using AI Tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Ability to collaborate across teams
