Location: New York City - HybridA leading investment firm is building an internal AI capability focused on high-impact tools across the business and its wider portfolio. You’ll work directly with the Head of AI, helping prototype and deploy practical AI products across LLMs, NLP, unstructured data, and applied machine learning. This is a hands-on opportunity to join an early-stage AI function with strong senior-level sponsorship.
What You’ll Do: Build and prototype AI-powered internal tools and MVPsDevelop LLM, NLP, embeddings, and applied ML workflows Support model experimentation, evaluation, fine-tuning, and deployment Build lightweight backend services and front-end interfaces Translate business problems into practical AI solutions
What You’ll Bring: Strong Python and computer science fundamentals Hands-on experience with ML, LLMs, NLP, or embeddings Familiarity with PyTorch, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks Experience in a fast-moving start-up environment Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders Tech Stack PythonLLMs & EmbeddingsNLP / Machine Learning PyTorch Hugging Face Full-stack prototyping Why Join?
