Industrial Sewer (Goshen, IN)

What You'll Do: Operate industrial sewing machines safely and efficiently. Sew high-quality products according to customer and production specifications. Follow work instructions and quality standards. Inspect your work to ensure accuracy and craftsmanship. Work as part of a production team to meet daily goals. Cross-train on multiple products and sewing processes. Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Contribute to continuous improvement and teamwork throughout the department.

What We're Looking For: Basic sewing skills or the aptitude to learn through a sewing assessment. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependable attendance and a positive team attitude. Willingness to learn multiple products and rotate between workstations. Ability to stand throughout the shift and regularly lift up to 20 pounds.

Work Environment: This position is performed in a manufacturing facility and requires standing throughout the shift while operating industrial sewing machines. The work involves repetitive hand movements, light lifting, and working around fabric materials in a non-air-conditioned production environment.
