The organization is committed to world-class patient care and offers a collaborative environment with a team of 50+ employed anesthesiologists providing comprehensive services across multiple specialties. Job Details:
- Join a collaborative team of 50+ employed anesthesiologists in a physician-led health system
- Provide anesthesia services across Level I Trauma Center, Level III Trauma Center, and Outpatient Surgical Center
- Handle diverse case mix including high-acuity trauma, obstetrics, major spine procedures, general surgery, vascular surgery, thoracic surgery, orthopedics, ENT, gynecology, urology, and gastrointestinal procedures
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered anesthesia care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Participate in manageable and equitable call rotation designed to support work-life balance
- Collaborate with surgeons, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain and expand procedural skills across diverse surgical specialties
- Engage in mentorship opportunities with experienced anesthesiologists
- Optional participation in leadership and teaching opportunities
- Must be Board Eligible (within 5 years) or Board Certified in Anesthesiology
- Colorado Medical License required (or willing to obtain)
- DEA registration required (must be obtained prior to start)
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Flexible FTE options with up to 16 weeks of vacation depending on chosen FTE
- Weekend call as part of shared rotation
