About the role
We are seeking a dependable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative and office operations. The role will assist with documentation, data entry, scheduling, communication, recordkeeping, and general office coordination.
Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative and clerical support. Organize and maintain company documents, records, and files. Enter, update, and verify information in internal systems. Prepare routine documents, reports, and spreadsheets. Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and office activities. Respond to routine emails, calls, and administrative requests. Coordinate information and tasks with team members and departments. Monitor office supplies and maintain basic inventory records. Help keep digital and physical office materials organized. Assist with meetings, projects, and other administrative activities. Follow company procedures for handling business information. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous office or administrative experience is preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
