This pivotal role demands a leader who can seamlessly blend hands-on operational skills with enterprise-level strategic thinking. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with key business leaders, leading the development of a best-in-class framework for the future of work, and driving strategic workforce planning and employee relations. As a key decision-maker on the People Leadership team, the SVP will also be deeply involved in shaping the organization's workforce, from design to deployment, and will be a culture steward, ensuring that the workplace reflects the company's mission and values. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' of progressive HR experience, with at least 7 years' in a leadership role within complex, matrixed organizations. A background in healthcare, technology, or mission-driven organizations is essential. The role requires a proven track record in strategic HR partnership, hands-on experience in workforce architecture, org design, and employee relations, and the ability to build and lead high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will be a builder and a doer, comfortable operating at multiple levels, and deeply motivated by the mission of the organization.
