About the role

A growing investment platform focused on sustainable infrastructure is seeking an Associate to join its private credit investment team. This is a hands-on opportunity to work across direct lending and more complex, strategic credit investments within a lean and collaborative team.
Responsibilities: Support execution and underwriting of private-credit investments across sustainable infrastructure sectors. Build and maintain detailed financial models, including downside cases, leverage analysis, returns, and sensitivities. Conduct company, sector, market, and diligence research. Prepare investment-committee materials, screening memos, and portfolio monitoring updates. Assist with transaction execution, documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Monitor existing investments and contribute to ongoing portfolio management. Work closely with senior investment professionals in a high-accountability environment. Profile 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private credit, leveraged finance, infrastructure finance, project finance, private equity, or a related investing role. Strong financial modeling, analytical, and written communication skills. Genuine interest in credit investing and sustainable infrastructure. Highly professional, hard-working, detail-oriented, and eager to take ownership. Comfortable operating in a small team where every individual has visible responsibility.
