About the role

Boston Scientific seeks an Associate Manager, Field Services (West) to lead a regional team of Field Service Technicians supporting capital equipment and service offerings. This is a remote position with Denver, CO as a key onsite location for West region coverage. You will coach, develop, and motivate staff, manage escalations, and ensure KPIs and quality systems are met.
