OVERVIEW: Our client, one of the largest Energy companies in the US providing a wide range of Energy-related products and services to its customers, seeks an accomplished Supplier Operations & Compliance Specialist. TITLE: Supplier Operations & Compliance Specialist
LOCATION: Hybrid Role (3 Days Onsite | 2 days Remote) at 4 Irving Place New York, NY 10003**
DURATION: 3 months, with potential extensions based on performance and business needs.
Pay Rate: $37.00/hr. W2
Position Overview: We are seeking a Supplier Operations & Compliance Specialist to support supplier onboarding, data management, compliance, and ongoing supplier governance within Supply Chain. You will work closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Legal, Risk Management, and business partners to ensure suppliers are accurately established, compliant, and ready to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities: Manage supplier onboarding, setup, and maintenance in Oracle EBSReview and maintain supplier data, documentation, and compliance records Manage Certificates of Insurance (COI) and related requirements Support Third-Party Risk Management, audits, and data reviews Respond to business requests and resolve supplier-related issues Partner with Supply Chain teams and internal stakeholders to improve processes and service Maintain accurate resources and supplier information
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred/required 2+ years of relevant experience Experience with Oracle EBSKnowledge of Third-Party Risk Management Strong data analysis/review and Microsoft Office skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills
