Bindery Operator - 1st Shift

THE POSITION: We are seeking a hands-on, hard-working, detail-oriented professional to join our team. The Bindery Operator I ensures accuracy and quality of products produced out of the Stitcher/Trimmer and Inserter areas. JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIESSet up and calibrate the Stitcher/Trimmer and Inserter Navigate Stitcher software to make any needed adjustments before and during a run Cycle the Inserter machine to sync the pockets and feeder sensors Find and move job files to the correct folder on the Inserter Set up and calibrate the stacker to ensure neat, square and uniform bundles Inspect and replace belts and strapping Utilize Videojet software to import files and change job parameters as necessary Operate Kyocera, Kodak, and Taba printers Load and change label rolls on the Inserter Maintain knowledge of machine coding, error messages, reporting, and machine troubleshooting Perform Daily, Weekly and Monthly maintenance on the Stitcher/Trimmer and Inserter
