The successful candidate will be a skilled communicator with a talent for shaping narratives and building strong relationships with media professionals. This role is pivotal in supporting both internal and external communications activities, particularly those related to the company's financial and global business services. Key responsibilities include proactive and reactive external storytelling, creating engaging and accurate content from complex financial and technical concepts, and supporting the quarterly earnings process. The role also involves co-producing and project managing global communication events and supporting VP-level external activities. Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years' professional communications or public relations experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a proven track record in media relations and issues management. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, be detail-oriented, and possess strong editorial judgment. Business and financial acumen are highly valued, as is the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences. The role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and who is adept at developing thoughtful messaging strategies under pressure. Experience in project management, strong stakeholder management skills, and a high level of integrity are essential.
