Responsibilities:
Complete bath and shower remodeling projects according to company installation standards
Perform demolition, carpentry, trim work, and installation of acrylic bath systems
Ensure customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and professionalism
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Review completed projects with homeowners and provide product care instructions
Take project photos and submit required job documentation
Manage installation materials and maintain your tools and equipment
Communicate effectively with the project team regarding job progress and completion
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of bathroom remodeling, carpentry, trim carpentry, or residential construction experience
Experience installing bath or shower systems preferred
Ability to accurately measure and work with standard construction tools
Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus
Proficiency with power tools and hand tools
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
