Schedule: Mon - Fri, 10:30AM - 7:30PM
Location:
Midtown Manhattan We're seeking a reliable, customer-focused Office Services / Reprographics Associate to support daily office operations, including print production, mailroom services, shipping/receiving, and general office support. Candidates with experience at Staples, Fed Ex Office/Kinko's, UPS, print shops, mailrooms, or similar office services environments are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate high-volume copiers, printers, scanners, and mail processing equipment Complete printing, copying, scanning, binding, and document finishing projects Produce professional materials including presentations, binders, and custom documents Process, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages Handle shipping and receiving activities and maintain accurate records Troubleshoot basic office equipment issues and coordinate service when needed Provide excellent customer service while managing multiple requests in a fast-paced environment Support additional office services and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required 1+ year of office services, reprographics, print production, mailroom, or shipping/receiving experience preferred Experience with high-volume printing, copying, binding, and document finishing Familiarity with commercial printers, copiers, scanners, and mail equipment Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills Basic Microsoft Office and computer proficiency Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
