About the role

Parking Operations And Systems Technician Team MemberThis position is a part-time temporary position, not to exceed 29 hours per week. This position will assist the Parking Operations and Systems Technician Team with responding to parking lot phone calls, troubleshooting common entry and exit issues, and answering parking-related questions. This person will also support the ongoing operation of parking equipment by monitoring supplies and restocking machines with paper and other necessary materials. In addition, this position provides administrative support for parking events, including processing event parking requests and assisting with event setup and support with student employee supervision. Weekends and nights are required.
Job Responsibilities: Provide friendly and professional assistance when answering and responding to parking lot phone calls from customers experiencing issues. Escalate complex equipment, access, or customer service issues to the appropriate staff member. Monitor parking lot security cameras for gate and equipment damage. Check and maintain parking equipment with paper and other supplies to maintain daily operations. Responsible for processing daily and overnight visitor parking requests. Assist with processing event requests and preparing validation codes as needed. Assist with event parking as needed. Working nights and weekends is required (Friday and Saturday, 6 p.m.- 12 a.m.) Provide additional duties as needed/assigned. Driver's license will probably be required for truck use if need be.
Compensation: $18.00 per hour. This position is not eligible for benefits.
