About the role
HR Transformation Project CoordinatorWe are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Transformation Project Coordinator to support enterprise HR transformation and HR Operating Model initiatives. This role will help keep projects on track through project coordination, documentation, stakeholder communication, milestone tracking, and meeting support. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Experience in HR, PMO, organizational change, or business transformation is preferred.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate HR transformation projects, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Maintain project plans, status reports, action item logs, risks, and dependencies.Coordinate project meetings, steering committees, and working sessions.Prepare agendas, presentations, meeting notes, and executive-ready updates.Track decisions, action items, and follow-ups across stakeholders.Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation.Support communication and alignment across HR workstreams.Identify and escalate project risks, delays, and resource constraints.Support lessons learned and post-implementation activities.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Project Management, Organizational Development, or related field.13 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, HR, operations, or related work.Strong organizational, communication, documentation, and follow-through skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Outlook.HR transformation, organizational change, or business transformation experience preferred.Familiarity with Workday is a plus.Contract Details:Remote 4+ month contract EST Time Zone Cross-functional, enterprise HR environment
