Explore your role with us Televic Rail is on the lookout for a Bid Manager who combines a strong technical mindset with a customer-oriented attitude. As part of the Bid Management team, you will transform specifications into innovative and feasible technical proposals. Working as a Bid Manager means: You handle strategic and complex inquiries - both nationally and internationally - and oversee the entire process from the initial contact to contract signing. Acting as the central point of contact , you coordinate between customers and internal teams such as Sales, Product Management, and Project Management. Developing technical concepts that precisely meet customer requirements in the areas of passenger information, safety, and entertainment is your responsibility. You analyze and document technical specifications, keeping hardware, software, and quality requirements in focus. Risk and opportunities in proposals are carefully evaluated by you, ensuring they are optimally reflected in the costs, internal and external communication. As the Solution Owner , you are the single point of contact during the bid phase for technical questions. With a confident demeanor, you present and effectively represent the solution concepts to customers . How you can add value to our team You hold a Master’s degree in engineering with a focus on software or electronics (or have equivalent experience). Strong communication skills - both written and verbal - help you engage with different teams and customers effectively. You know how to manage complexity , set priorities and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is essential, knowledge of other languages are a plus.
