Transform our city on a team of people committed to a supportive relational working environment About Noonday Noonday Gardens is a Waco-based outdoor visual design, fine gardening and landscape company specializing in custom plant design, installation, and ongoing maintenance for homes and businesses. We create vibrant, texture-rich green spaces that bring beauty and warmth to the local community.

What You'll Be Doing: As a Landscape Gardener / Plant Care Specialist, you'll play a vital role in bringing beauty and life to Waco's outdoor spaces. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Be a part of a team to completeplant-care and garden-styling projects
Install and maintainartistic garden beds, seasonal displays, and container arrangements
Care forpremium indoor and outdoor plantswatering, pruning, fertilizing, monitoring health
Use yourartistic eyeto create intentional, beautiful plant environments
Assist withdesign conceptsthat reflect the Noonday brand
Safely handle materials and equipment (lifting up to 50 lbs)
Drive to various work sites in Waco (valid driver's license required)

What We're Looking For: No prior experience is required to join our team, but a love for plants, gardening and hard work are a strong plus! We value attitude, reliability, and an eye for detail! A genuine passion for plants, outdoor work, and working with your hands. Strong attention to detail and enjoyment of steady, methodical plant care. A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic. Alignment with our community-focused mission.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 / hour depending on experience with a review at 90 days.

Schedule: Consistent daytime hours [e.g., Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM; No weekends].Time Off:
