Job Description:
Next Step Recruiting has partnered with a growing manufacturing organization to identify a Project Coordinator in Grapevine, TX. This on-site role will oversee customer projects tied to a specific product group, coordinating execution between customers and internal manufacturing teams. This position is ideal for a project management professional who enjoys owning projects from start to finish, working directly with customers, and keeping multiple moving priorities on track in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required:
3+ years of project management, project coordination, or similar experience
Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, deliverables, and competing priorities
Strong customer-facing communication and relationship management skills
Ability to coordinate effectively across internal teams and proactively identify potential issues
Highly organized, responsive, and comfortable taking ownership of projects
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree
Manufacturing or industrial project experience
Data center or mission-critical industry exposure
PMP or other project management certification
