Job Description: Supervise all on-site activities to ensure compliance with project plans and safety standards. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project schedules and budgets. Manage daily operations, including workforce allocation and resource planning. Inspect work progress to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications. Resolve on-site issues and communicate updates to project stakeholders. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate documentation of project activities and progress. Collaborate with project managers to achieve project goals efficiently. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent - Charlotte Commercial Interiors should have: Proven experience in the construction industry, specifically in commercial interiors. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control. Ability to manage on-site teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in interpreting construction plans and technical documents. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong organizational and communication abilities.
