Warehouse & Production AssociateBOND Branded Gear | Plymouth, MNFull-Time | $18–$23/hour | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–4:30 PMAbout BONDBOND Branded Gear is a premium branded apparel, uniform, promotional products, and fulfillment company. We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Production Associate to join our growing team! This is a hands-on role supporting our warehouse, production, inventory, and order fulfillment operations. This position reports directly to the COO.
Responsibilities:
Receive and verify incoming shipments Organize and maintain warehouse inventory Assist with inventory counts and tracking Pick products accurately for customer orders and production Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment Assist with shipping and receiving Prepare garments and products for decoration Operate heat press equipment after training Assist with DTF and other production processes after training Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Fold, package, and prepare completed orders Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment Support the team with other warehouse and production needs as needed

Dependable and reliable Organized and detail-oriented Positive, proactive, and willing to jump in where needed Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Able to work independently and as part of a team Takes pride in accuracy and quality Willing to learn new equipment and processes Previous warehouse, fulfillment, production, apparel, shipping, or heat press experience is a plus, but not required. Pay: $18–$23/hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Physical Requirements:
This is an active, hands-on position requiring the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, lift and move inventory, and perform repetitive tasks such as folding and packing.
