Job Summary: Assemble parts in specified relationship to shop orders Work at various work stations as production needs require Package vinyl/aluminum gates and fence sections according to orders Clean work area, machines, tools, and equipment Perform other routine duties as needed
Required Skills: Basic math skills Must be able to follow directions Attention to detail Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen Pay rate varies by department. Employees are eligible for a raise after 60 days and again after 6 months of employment pending performance reviews. Benefit information: Paid weekly All DSI employees receive a $15,000 life insurance policy after 60 days of employment paid for by the company. After 3 years of employment, DSI pays for 90% of an employee's health insurance premium. Employees can take out dental &/or vision insurance but decline medical coverage.401(k) plan available after 1 year of employment with DSI matching 50% of employee contributions up to 5% (1.5% DSI match)Employees are paid for 6 major holidays effective day 1 of employment. Start earning vacation time after 3 months of employment. Annual company summer picnic & Thanksgiving dinner (family friendly) & Christmas dinner. Monthly birthday lunches for all employees (office, production, all shifts).
