About the role
Accountable for the design and implementation of revenue systems, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Director will manage process design, standards of use, and adoption strategies while serving as the primary interface for sales and marketing operations.
Key responsibilities:
Defines go-to-market processes and standards of use for revenue systems, ensuring data quality and compliance
Captures field requirements and feedback to inform system design and process improvements across segments and regions
Oversees rollout and change management of systems and processes, measuring adoption and compliance against defined targets
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Ten or more years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related fields with significant field-facing responsibility
Proven track record in designing and implementing go-to-market processes supported by technology
Experience in managing adoption outcomes for system or process changes, including measurement and remediation
Working knowledge of CRM and sales engagement platforms, as well as experience in forecasting and pipeline management processes
