We’re partnered with a leading contract foodservice operator looking for a General Manager to lead a high-volume airport operation in Washington, DC.This is a fast-paced environment with significant daily foot traffic, requiring a strong operator who can lead a team, maintain service standards, and keep the operation running smoothly during peak periods.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead day-to-day operations of a high-volume airport foodservice operation Manage, coach, and develop the onsite team Drive exceptional service and guest experience in a fast-paced environment Manage high volumes of guests and transactions while maintaining standards Oversee labor, scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and financial performance Ensure food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards are consistently met Recruit, train, and retain a strong team Maintain consistent operational and brand standards
What We’re Looking For:
Proven General Manager or senior foodservice leadership experience Contract foodservice experience strongly preferred Experience in high-volume environments with significant foot traffic Strong understanding of labor, financials, and operational KPIsStrong food safety and compliance knowledge Must be able to obtain and maintain the required airport security clearance
