About the role

Hammer Residences, Inc. seeks a Total Compensation Manager to oversee payroll, benefits, and HRIS (Ceridian) for a mid‑sized organization. You will supervise the Lead Payroll Specialist and the Benefits & Payroll Specialist while advising leaders on payroll policy and processes. Under the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will ensure compliance with wage laws, manage data integrity, and drive open enrollment and compensation initiatives in line with Hammer Residences’ values.
