About the role
Marketing Operations Manager As the Strategic Execution Lead within the marketing team, the Marketing Operations Manager serves as the operational engine for the firm's growth initiatives. This role focuses on operationalizing the digital roadmap through the hands-on configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the systems and processes that power our marketing ecosystem. Reporting to the Head of Digital and Integrated Marketing, you will be responsible for the technical execution of the \"Lead-to-Revenue\" journey, ensuring our technology stack—specifically Hub Spot, Seismic, and Salesforce—is configured to drive workflow efficiency and deliver clear ROI. Working in close alignment with leadership's strategic objectives, you will manage the data flows and reporting frameworks that provide actionable insights, ensuring marketing remains a measurable, high-performing driver of business development and client retention. Major Duties and Responsibilities Mar Tech Ownership: Implement and manage the firm's marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration between Hub Spot, Seismic, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), and third-party data tools. Revenue Operations (Rev Ops) Alignment: Partner with Sales and Business Development to define lead-to-cash workflows, lead scoring models, and automated routing to ensure no opportunity is lost. Data Governance & Quality: Act as the guardian of marketing data integrity. Establish protocols for data hygiene, compliance (GDPR/CCPA), and standardized naming conventions across all & Attribution: Build and maintain multi-touch attribution models. Move beyond surface-level metrics to report on pipeline influence, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV).Campaign Execution Support: Managing campaign operations, ensuring proper targeting, and improving lead flow throughout the marketing funnel. Strategic Roadmap: Evaluate emerging AI and automation technologies to identify opportunities for competitive advantage and operational efficiency. Vendor & Budget Management: Manage relationships and negotiations with technology partners, ensuring the firm maximizes its ROI on every seat and license. Experience/Credentials Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field. Experience: 8+ years in Marketing Operations or Rev Ops, with a proven track record of managing complex tech ecosystems in a high-growth or financial services environment. Platform Expertise: Power-user status in Hub Spot Marketing Hub, Seismic and Salesforce. Certifications in these platforms are highly desirable. Analytical Rigor: Experience with advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and a deep understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead large-scale digital transformations, such as website redesigns and Literacy: Familiarity with HTML/CSS, API integrations, and SQL is a significant plus. Competencies Systems Thinker: You don't just see a campaign; you see the workflow, the data trigger, and the reporting output. Agile Mindset: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple high-priority projects without losing sight of technical precision. Data-Obsessed: A natural inclination to challenge \"gut feelings\" with hard data and statistical significance.
