This senior management role is pivotal in leading the call center to meet the organization's vision, mission, and strategic goals. Candidates for the Vice President position should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 10 years' in contact center responsibilities and at least 5 years' of senior-level management experience in a financial institution. The role requires a deep understanding of contact center and credit union regulations, as well as the ability to develop and analyze performance metrics. The Vice President will also be responsible for fostering a positive work environment, ensuring regulatory compliance, and representing the organization in various external engagements.
