Rocket Software is seeking a VP, People Business Partners to lead the global PBP team and shape the talent agenda for sustained business success. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the role owns talent strategy, organizational design, and cost optimization to enable Rocket's objectives. The VP will partner with COEs and senior leaders to drive scalable people solutions, develop leadership capability, and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture across the organization.
