We are proud to have earned the reputation of honesty, integrity and the ability to build long-term professional relationships with our employees and clients.Location: Onsite VA Residents ONLYSalary: $40K - $50K / yearDescription of Project and Tasks:MUST be a US CitizenVA Residents ONLYPossible convert to hire after at least 1 yearContractor will be required to travel to the Chantilly facility once a monthCandidate must be open to working after hours if neededFacilities Coordinator-Herndon, VAResponsibilities:Assist Sr. Facilities Manager with administrative supportProvides front reception desk support for guests, visitors and employeesAssist in oversight and coordination of janitorial, food service, coffee services, badging, fitness center waiversManagement of stocking of pantry/office suppliesCoordination of incoming/outgoing mailIssue office announcements via electronic distribution listsAssists with dispatching of maintenance service requests to LandlordOrganize and maintain filing system for all reports, vendor invoices, proposals, etc.Maintain current list of vendor contacts, emergency contact info, property informationCoordination of catering/lunch program schedulingProvides support for meetings and conference room reservations, as needed and directedExpected to provide monthly on-site support for Chantilly, VA office on an "as needed" basis.Any and all other duties and tasks as assignedRequirements:Bachelor degree and/or adequate experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office Products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointSecurity clearance is preferred but not requiredQualification / Skills and Competencies:Strong communication and analytical skillsMust have a "team player attitude".
