About the role

Milestone Treatment Center is seeking a Group Facilitator to lead structured therapeutic and psychoeducational groups within PHP, IOP, and outpatient programs. This in-person, part-time/per diem role emphasizes engagement, empathy, and skilled facilitation. You will create a safe environment that encourages participation, handles diverse personalities, and supports clients in developing coping skills and recovery strategies. Compensation ranges from $80–$150 per hour.
