Since 1995, we've harnessed that power to offer proven, performance-based solutions for our utility, government, and institutional customers.We are looking for a Rebate Processing Coordinator to join our Energy Efficiency Programs Team. In this role, you will support critical program operations by processing, reviewing, and validating incentive claims to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established guidelines. As part of the Energy Solutions team, you will contribute to impactful energy efficiency initiatives that reduce greenhouse gas emissions and support leading utilities and program administrators across North America. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, communicates effectively with participants and internal teams, and is motivated to play a meaningful role in advancing a more sustainable energy future.The person filling this role will be required to work in a hybrid work environment based out of our Boston, MA or New York, NY office, with an expectation of being on-site at least once per week.Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:Review incentive program claims including attachments, sales data to ensure program requirements are met.Communicate with participants on any claims needing further documentation and answer program-related questions.Monitor the rebate application queue to ensure rebate applications are processed in a timely manner.Collaborate with program manager on rebate processing guideline changes and updates.Ensure rebate program emails and phone calls are responded to in a timely manner and escalate unresolved external issues appropriately.Enter and maintain incentive claim information in internal or proprietary online platforms and tracking systems.Communicate with team members through participation in team meetings and through regular progress reports on assigned tasks.Format Excel spreadsheets and upload to our proprietary online platform.Recommend and implement process improvements as identified for maximum efficiency and accuracy.Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma.A minimum of 1 year of administrative or data entry work experience.Advanced beginner skill with MS Office tools including Outlook, Word, and Excel.Advanced beginner skill with database management systems.Excellent time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently and juggle competing priorities with minimal guidance.Preferred Qualifications:A bachelor's degree.Prior experience in claims processing or a similar role.Familiarity with energy efficiency rebate programs.The hourly range for this role is $27.55 - $34.42, with a target compensation of $27.55 - $30.67 based on experience and qualifications.Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a generous retirement package.
