About the role
EagleBank seeks an experienced VP of HR ERP Implementation & Systems to lead the Workday HR transformation. You will manage design, adoption, and stabilization, bridging HR, Technology, Payroll, Risk, and executives to deliver robust HR systems.
This role requires deep HRIS expertise, enterprise governance, and hands-on ERP implementation experience in banking. You will guide change management, cutover, and long-term HR technology strategy.
