You will manage the pipeline, coordinate proposals, and collaborate with the Marketing Manager to translate strategy and brand assets into winning pitches. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent writer, and energized by helping a growing business thrive. 5+ years in BD/marketing and strong CRM/tools experience are essential.
