About the role
To support the Diligence team, the full-time remote Senior M&A Financial Analyst will perform financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessment for software-focused M&A opportunities, collaborating with CEOs and CFOs of acquired companies.
Key responsibilities:
Perform financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessment for potential M&A opportunities, including financial modeling and valuation
Evaluate software revenue streams and user engagement metrics to analyze customer cohorts and trends
Prepare reports and presentations summarizing due diligence findings for effective communication with stakeholders
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus
Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis and M&A within a dynamic business environment
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and due diligence processes
Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy
Proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
