Who You Are:
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in legal or corporate libraries
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities
  • Familiar with integrated library systems and knowledgeable about legal and business literature across print and digital formats
  • Committed to delivering exceptional client service
What You’ll Do:
  • Maintain and organize print collections
  • Create and update holdings, item, and patron records in the integrated library system
  • Research and purchase approved print materials, and oversee check-in and distribution
  • Record acquisitions data, process invoices, and allocate client-matter charges
  • Manage vendor relationships and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Support mail processing, serials control, and routing list maintenance
  • Participate in collection review initiatives across multiple offices
What Success Looks Like:
  • Resources are accurately tracked, processed, and distributed across designated offices
  • Print collections are well-maintained, current, and accessible
  • Vendor relationships are productive and billing issues are resolved efficiently
  • Data entry and invoice processing are completed with precision
Salary Range: $65,000 – 80,000 annually, based on experience
