This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning ambiguous questions into actionable insights, partnering with senior stakeholders, and owning analytics initiatives from data discovery through recommendations.
What You'll Do: Partner closely with business leaders to identify analytical opportunities and influence strategic decisions. Transform complex, unstructured data into meaningful insights and recommendations. Gather, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources. Develop repeatable analytics solutions, reporting frameworks, and data-driven tools. Utilize Python and SQL to perform advanced analysis, modeling, and automation. Communicate findings through concise presentations, visualizations, and executive-ready recommendations. Leverage AI-enabled analytics tools to improve research, productivity, documentation, and quality assurance while maintaining analytical rigor.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, strategy consulting, data science, or a related analytical role. Strong proficiency with Python and SQL. Experience taking business problems from initial discovery through analysis, validation, and implementation of recommendations. Ability to work independently in highly ambiguous environments. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders. Experience using modern AI tools to enhance analytical workflows.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms. Exposure to predictive modeling, geospatial analytics, or advanced statistical techniques. Background supporting public sector, healthcare, housing, operations, social impact, or community-focused initiatives. Familiarity with R is a plus. Why Consider This Opportunity?
