Clerical Associate
Location: Dallas, TX Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, MondayFriday Shift: Day shift, 8:00 a.m.4:30 p.m.; first- or second-shift openings may also be available
Position Summary: Provide administrative support for the facility, including clerical work, customer service, bookkeeping, accounts payable, and SAP purchasing and recordkeeping.
Key Responsibilities: Answer phones, greet visitors, and distribute applications. Sort and distribute mail; prepare outgoing mail and FedEx packages; send faxes. Prepare reports, letters, memos, presentations, and other assigned materials. Record product shipments and receipts, and maintain company and associate files. Assist with hiring, workers' compensation, payroll, and SAP processes. Process accounts payable, including reviewing bills and obtaining the General Manager's approval. Assist with budget preparation and prepare reports on customer activities.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and three years of general office experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Experience with SAP, AS/400, and Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills.
