About the role

Minneapolis Bouldering Project, LLC is hiring routesetters to bring our climb experience to life. You’ll set and forerun boulder problems, work with a team to refine techniques, and help maintain walls and equipment. The role emphasizes collaboration, safety, and inclusivity, with opportunities for growth and occasional travel for events across locations. This is a part-time, hourly position based in Saint Paul, MN.
