You take feedback, apply it, and get better fast.Flexibility for evening and weekend appointments (that's when homeowners are home).A valid driver's license in your state.Physical requirements:Ability to travel to and move safely through customers' homes, including walking, standing for extended periods, and navigating stairs.Ability to bend, reach, and access equipment areas as needed to assess HVAC needs, with or without reasonable accommodation.Comfortable working in and around residential spaces with varying temperatures and conditions.No cold calls.
