Freezer Forklift Operator Schedule: Monday–Friday 6:00 AM until all work is completed Optional Saturdays based on business needs Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Freezer Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This position requires working in a cold storage environment while safely operating a variety of powered industrial equipment to move, store, and organize products. Candidates must be comfortable working in freezing temperatures and committed to maintaining a safe, productive workplace.
Responsibilities: Safely operate: Stand-up forklifts Sit-down forklifts Reach trucks Cherry pickers Double rider pallet jacks Load, unload, move, and stage products throughout the warehouse. Accurately pick and replenish inventory. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines. Perform daily equipment inspections. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Meet daily productivity and quality standards. Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements: Previous experience operating warehouse equipment is preferred. Must be comfortable working in a freezer/cold storage environment for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and work throughout the shift. Steel-toe boots are required. Must be reliable and punctual. Must successfully pass a 10-panel pre-employment drug screen, including THC. Ability to work overtime and optional Saturdays when needed.
